Allegro Apprentice Program
Just as a professional ballet company might offer a trainee program before joining a larger company, Allegro has developed a similar opportunity for young dancers with little to no work experience, ages 16 – 18. Being an Allegro apprentice consists of working with customers during our busy season, assisting Allegro employees at select events and sales, writing blog posts for our Allegro blog, shadowing Allegro employees to learn about different job functions, sitting with our buyer and helping to pick out merchandise to be sold at the boutique, joining the team for brainstorming sessions, modeling during our Allegro photo shoots and maybe even starring in a marketing campaign! The program is meant to help young dancers learn about business, entrepreneurship, and retail store operations, while having fun and acquiring skills for the future and experience for their resumes. It doesn’t happen every time, but becoming an Allegro Apprentice is a good way to join the company as an entry level sales associate later on.
Apprentice positions are limited. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
