Never before have we done anything like Bloch Weeks. Get ready for it …Over the course of 2 exclusive weeks in November (ONE WEEK ONLY in each location!), we will be bringing to each of our locations Bloch’s ENTIRE* pointe shoe line! Yep, you heard right. Entire. Pointe shoe. Line. And we’re giving you the opportunity to make fitting appointments so you can try out the ones you want! PLUS, all in-store Bloch merchandise will be discounted at 20% Off throughout this time!

Allegro: Evanston’s week kicks off on November 3 and goes until November 9. Allegro: Barrington’s week begins November 10 and goes until November 16. On November 3 and 10, to start each week off with a bang, we’ll be offering an array of special presentations (our Bloch rep will be in attendance to give demos on the shoes and answer any questions you may have) and a spread of yummy goodies to enjoy. In addition to Bloch’s pointe shoe collection, we’ll also be featuring their newest stretch canvas ballet shoe for you to try out, the Zenith (and it’s pretty neat, we’ve tried it.) In order to fit the most dancers possible, we’re also extending our Sunday hours to 10am-5pm; both weeks, both locations!

The most important thing to note: all dancers must schedule a fitting in advance by calling either the Evanston or the Barrington location, and all time slots are first come first serve. You’ll be assigned to one of our expert fitters, who will help you find the style(s) that work best for you and then we’ll place an order for the shoes of your choice (to be delivered within 2-3 weeks); it’s the perfect way to explore a ton of different shoes from one maker at once, and really, how often does that happen?!

We’re now accepting appointments, so give us call!

*Bloch pointe shoe line-up has been recommended and approved by Bloch to represent their entire pointe shoe line. Redundant styles (old styles that have since been improved or styles in which there is a similar, but “better” version) will not be brought in.
