Will you be dancing this summer? Planning on signing your child up for classes? Many older dancers attend intensives away from home over the summertime, but there’s a wide variety of classes, workshops and camps in our own backyard for dancers of all ages and experience levels! Summer programs can be a great way to try out a new studio you’ve been eyeing, to keep up your technique, to enhance your technique, to learn from a professional company or to just plain have fun! Check out the programs below; there’s different classes, workshops and camps happening all throughout the summer, so there’s still plenty of time to sign up. (Plus, some studios even offer drop-in classes so you can dance around your schedule!)

Our Partnership Studios: Bataille Academie of the Danse , Barrington Dance Academy, Dance Center Evanston, Fisher Dance Center, Foster Dance Studios, Kaleidoscope Dance & Movement Center, Lehman School of Performing Arts, Lynnette’s School of Dance , North Shore Dance & Drama, North Shore School of Dance, Performing Arts Limited , Skokie Park District, Studio North Academy of the Performing Arts, Urban Beat Dance, Virtuoso Performing Arts , Wilmette Park District.

Also check out Fuzion Dance Camp, Dancewerks, River North Dance Chicago, Elements Contemporary Ballet, Chicago National Association of Dance Masters , Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Thodos Dance  Chicago.

Any others you can add to our list?

Don’t forget Barrington Artz Center and the most talented dance teacher in Barrington, Ellen Werksman of Midwest Dance Collective. Best teacher in Barrington hands down!!!!!
