1. Exercise Bands
This is a must-have for every serious dancer’s bag for warming up, strengthening and stretching. These bands come with a list of exercises that you can do, but don’t be afraid to augment the exercises for your specific needs and benefit (we personally like the “ABC” exercise: trace the alphabet in the air with your foot while using the band for resistance.)
